To install, run SETUP.EXE.

If you have trouble running SETUP.EXE, you can install the files manually as follows:
1.  Create a directory called C:\SHORTHND on your hard disk.
2.  Unzip the file FILES.ZIP to C:\SHORTHND
3.  Read the README.1ST file
4.  Run Shorthand by executing the file SHORTHND.EXE.
