relating to the redistribution of the "Client Dataset".


ADDITIONAL LICENSE TERMS FOR MULTI-TIER PROGRAMS
Certain versions of the Software may include redistributable 
file(s) identified as CLIENT DATASET ("Client Dataset 
Redistributables") for creating multi-tier application 
programs for use in a Client/Server computer network.  
"Client/Server computer network" refers to end-user 
microcomputers ("Client Computers") connected to another 
computer ("Server Computer") dedicated to managing 
communications, storing common data in a database, and 
providing database services requested by the Client 
Computers.  If you have purchased a version of the Software 
which includes the Client Dataset Redistributables, your 
programs may install and use the Client Dataset 
Redistributables, provided that your programs only install 
the Client Dataset Redistributables at Client Computers for 
providing each Client Computer with access to data stored 
remotely at a Server Computer or providing each Client 
Computer with access to its own locally-stored data.  
Installation or use of the Client Dataset Redistributables 
at a Server Computer requires a server license (available 
separately) from Borland.
