The IDE driver has been changed from 496b313.ZIP to 496b316.ZIP

Changed drivers:
        1. DOS IDE driver.
        2. Windows IDE driver.

4967 IDE FIXED PROBLEM LOG:

1.      Compatible problem between SIS IDE Driver and Sound Card driver.
Sol:    Ver 3.14 fixed.

2.      Seagate mode 4 HD can't play game *Heretic* under speed=0 with 
        SiS IDE DOS driver active.
Sol:    Ver 3.14 fixed.

3.      OS/2 boot problem when CD-ROM installed as Master Drive at 
        Secondary Channel.
Sol:    Ver 3.14a fixed.

4.      Netware 3.11 IDE driver on Ver 3.13, File names are inconsistent 
        between INSTALL UTILITY's description and file name in 
        NETWARE directory.
Sol:    Ver 3.14a fixed.

5.      Ch #0 MA : Hard disk    Ch #1 MA  : Hard disk
        Ch #0 SL : Empty        Ch #1 SL  : CD-ROM
        Windows will hang if we use above setting w/ SiS Windows IDE 
        driver installed.
Sol:    Ver 3.14a fixed.

6.      If we enter Windows Ver 3.1 with SiS IDE driver then exit. 
        Coretest value will drop down.
Sol:    Ver 3.16 fixed.

7.      Under WFW 3.11, system will hang if we use File Manager to 
        Format system disk in Drive A.
Sol:    Ver 3.16 fixed.

8.      The results of Coretest value are different between manual 
        select speed = 00 (11xxx) and auto select speed = 00 (6xxx).
