		DECLMA SUBDIRECTORY ORGANIZATION

This subdirectory contains the Digital Local Management Application
(DEClma) User's Guide in ASCII format.  This manual contains the
instructions for operating DEClma for the different operating platforms.
Versions of DEClma are located in each subdirectory containing a
platform-specific driver.  Also, the README.TXT file in each of those
subdirectories contains instructions for installing DEClma in your
computer.
