Although I ask for no payment for this version, FileSync 
is shareware. You may use and distribute this program freely 
as long as it is not modified in any form and that you do not 
charge for it. All I ask is that you e-mail me if you find it 
useful and in return I will let you know when the next major 
release becomes available.

FileSync is a simple utility that lets you display the 
contents of two paths side by side and synchronize them by 
copying the more recent and/or missing folders and files to 
the required path.
