Tweek 3dfx cards. v3

This program allows you to alter some of the enviroment variables that GLIDE uses.

1. You should remove all set SST_ and set FX_GLIDE stuff from autoexec.bat
2. You should also add a line referencing c:\twk3dfx.bat. I dont believe in
my programs arseing around with autoexec.bat.

If you push gamma values too high Wizards Tower will drop back to windows. If this happens
click on icon on the taskbar and all will be well.
