This is the distribution for the demo of the new mp3enc MPEG Layer-3
demo encoder. Use of this encoder is subject to the license conditions
laid forth in the documentation.

For your convenience the documentation is provided in three formats:
- as a large ascii file (mp3enc.txt),
- as html pages (mp3enc/mp3enc.html),
- as a postscript file (mp3enc.ps).

This package may be redistributed as long as the contents of this
archive are left intact and no file is changed, added or removed. An
up-to-date version of this package and more information can always be found at
