DirectX Media 6.0 Run Time  

The end user downloads are now available on the Windows
download pages. Select the operating system of your choice, then
select "Service Packs & Updates" under the Category dropdown
box. Click on the "Go" icon then follow the step-by-step download
instructions.

The DirectX 6.0 Media Run Time includes new run time
components for DirectAnimation™ and DirectShow™,
adds DirectX® Transform, and more. The DirectX Media SDK license
does not permit distribution of this end-user run time package.
Developers should see Redistribution to download the
redistributable DirectX Media Run Time and Windows Media
Player packages.
