AIR WARRIOR(r) III QUICK START GUIDE Last Update: April 6, 1998 QUICKSTART ========== 1. Click on one of the PLANES FLYING above the airfield. 2. Select Relaxed Realism (if you have never played Air Warrior before). 3. You're in the Officers Club. Find the flight jacket draped over a chair, and click on it. Follow the prompts and pick a user name and radio handle (CPID). Click OK. 4. Click on the GREEN AIRPLANE outside the Officers Club window. 5. Move your mouse cursor over the airfields. Your cursor will change to an aircraft when it's over airfields belonging to your country. Click on an available airfield. If it has good fuel and ammunition (100), click OK. 6. You're in the airfield's READY ROOM. Click on the BIG PLANE picture behind the desk. 7. Select a PLANE by clicking on it. Click OK. 8. To fly, click on the DOOR to your left. You will appear on the runway. Hit the F1 key to see a list of controls. 9. Press the 8 key on your keyboard once for each engine, then the 7 key for full throttle. Once airborne, raise your landing gear by hitting the ; (semicolon) key. Good Luck! However, to enjoy the new texture mapped graphics you will need a good 3D accelerator card and a bit more power.
