 There's nothing more vital in business than good customer communications. If someone emails a question to sales@yourcompany.com then they expect it to reach the right person immediately, and a professional reply to be heading back their way at speed. Email Center Pro is an online service that could help you keep your customers by providing a powerful set of tools to manage shared email addresses, like support@myco.com. This all starts with something that looks very much like a webmail front end to your existing email account: you and others can log on, check incoming emails and send replies as they're required. But you can also assign an email to a particular member of staff, as well as display everyone's workload at a glance. Now no email can be forgotten, and there's no confusion about who is doing what.
Smart folders use message rules to sort your emails into categories. Templates save you time and create a more professional look by giving you standard responses to common questions. And all ongoing email exchanges are recorded as Conversations, which allow everyone to see exactly what's been said so far. You can even add notes to these, comments that will be visible to your users but the customer will never see, a useful way to ensure your staff will always provide the most appropriate response.
