Convert an OLE object to a different version

1. Do one of the following:
   • If the object is unbound, open the form or report in Design view and click the object.
   • If the object is bound, open the form in Form view (or open a datasheet), find the record that you want to change, and click the object.
2. On the Edit menu, point to the appropriate Object command (for example, point to Worksheet Object for a Microsoft Excel object), and then click Convert.
3. In the Convert dialog box, click the version that you want to convert to. For example, you could convert a Microsoft Graph 97 Chart to a Graph 2000 chart.
