Preview two or more pages at a time

1. Open the table, query, form, or report in Print Preview.
2. Do one of the following:

   To view two pages at a time, click Two Pages on the toolbar.

   To view more than two pages, click Multiple Pages on the toolbar and drag the mouse pointer to select the number of pages to display.

Note   To view one page again, click One Page on the toolbar.
