Preview at different magnifications

1. Open the table, query, form, or report in Print Preview.
2. On the Print Preview toolbar, click the arrow next to the Zoom box, and then either click or type the magnification percentage you want.

Notes

• When you choose Fit, Microsoft Access adjusts the magnification of the page to best fit in the size of the window.
• You can switch between the magnification you selected and Fit by placing the pointer on the table, query, form, or report, and then clicking when the pointer turns into a magnifying glass.
