Open a data access page on a Web server in Access
- In the Database window, click Pages
under Objects.
- Double-click the Edit Web page that already exists object shortcut.
- Under Look in, click My Network Places, and then double-click the network location that contains the data access page you want to open.
- In the folder list, locate and double-click the folder that contains the data access page.
- Double-click the page you want to open.
Note Make sure your supporting files folder is in the same folder as the data access page so that any links are maintained.
Tips
- To quickly open a data access page on a Web server, in the File name box type the address for the page you want to open, and then press ENTER. For example, you might type http://sales/february/Page1.htm to open a page from the sales department. If a Web folder at http://sales/february doesn't already exist, it will be created automatically when you type an address in the File name box.
- If the Web toolbar is displayed, you can type the address in the Address box, and then press ENTER to quickly open the page in your browser.
