Show or hide the Properties dialog box in PivotTable or PivotChart view

Use the Properties dialog box to do common tasks, such as filtering data, formatting text, and showing or hiding elements.

1. Open a datasheet or form in PivotTable view or PivotChart view.
2. Right-click the view, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu.

Note   The tabs displayed in the dialog box change as you select different elements.
