Change Address Book settings

Do either of the following:

Change the server connection and search settings of an existing LDAP directory

  1. On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
  2. Under Directory, select View or change existing directories or address books, and then click Next.
  3. Click the address book you want to change, and then click Change.
  4. Make the changes you want, and then click OK.
  5. To change additional settings, click More Settings.
  6. Click OK, and then click Finish.

Change where personal addresses are located

  1. On the Tools menu, click Address Book.
  2. In the Address Book dialog box, click Tools, and then click Options.
  3. In the Keep personal addresses in list, click an option.

Note   Microsoft Outlook stores personal addresses in the Contacts folder by default.
