Delete offline items

If you have set up Microsoft Outlook to work offline, you can delete all items from the Offline Folder file (.ost). However, the procedure does not delete items saved on the server.

1. In the Folder List, right-click Inbox, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu.
2. On the General tab, click Clear Offline Items.
