Save an appointment in iCalendar or vCalendar format

1. Click Calendar .
2. Create or open the appointment you want to save.
3. On the File menu, click Save As.
4. Do one of the following:

   Save in iCalendar format

   • In the Save as type box, click iCalendar Format (*.ics).

   Save in vCalendar format

   1. In the Save as type box, click vCalendar Format (*.vcs).
