Link an item to a contact in the Global Address List

  1. Move the entry from the Global Address List to your Contacts folder.

    How?

    On the Tools menu, click Address Book.

    In the list, double-click the name you want to add a link to.

    Click Personal Address Book.

    This copies the information to the Contacts folder.

  2. Link the contact to the item.

    How?

    1. Open the contact you want to link items to.
    2. On the Actions menu, point to Link, and then click Items.
    3. In the Look in box, click the folder that contains the items you want to link to the contact.
    4. In the Items list, select the items you want to link to the contact.
