Upgrade my rules from a previous version

This procedure should be performed only if you are using Microsoft Outlook 2002 on all your computers. After you upgrade your rules, if you use a previous version of Outlook you may not be able to see some of your rules in the rules list.

1. Click Inbox .
2. On the Tools menu, click Rules Wizard.
3. In the Apply changes to this folder list, click the Inbox you want.
4. Click Options.
5. Click Upgrade Rules.

Note   If you have multiple Inboxes, you will need to repeat this procedure for each Inbox.
