Change settings for a NetMeeting

1. Open the online meeting request.
2. To change the Microsoft NetMeeting server name, enter the new name in the Directory server box.
3. To change your e-mail address, enter the new e-mail address in the Organizer's e-mail box.

Note   To change the default NetMeeting settings for a recurring online meeting, you must open the series when you make changes in order to have the changes apply to all occurrences.

Change the address of a Windows Media Services broadcast

1. Open the online meeting request.
2. To change the address that attendees need to connect to in order to join the Windows Media Services broadcast, type the new address in the Event Address box.

Change the settings for a Microsoft Exchange conference

1. Open the online meeting request.

2. Do any of the following:

   • To prohibit external attendees, clear the Allow external attendees check box.

   • To change the meeting password, type a new password in the Password box.

   • To change a resource, click To, in the Show Names from the list, click All Conference Resources, and then locate the resource in Type name of select from list list. Click Resources, and then click OK.
