Make the Address Book available offline

This feature requires Microsoft Exchange Server.

• On the Tools menu, point to Send/Receive, and then click Download Address Book.

Notes

• If you want to send encrypted messages while offline, be sure to click Full details.
• If you work offline but are connected to your network, or if you work with a dial-up connection, this command connects to the server, downloads the offline Address Book, and then disconnects.
