Edit the phonetic guide

The feature described in this Help topic is only available if support for Japanese is enabled through Microsoft Office Language Settings.

1. Open the contact whose phonetic guide you want to change.
2. On the General tab, click Edit Yomi.
3. In the Last name, First name, and Company boxes, make the changes you want.
