Copy a form to another forms library or folder

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Other tab.
  2. Click the Advanced Options button.
  3. Click the Custom Forms button.
  4. Click Manage Forms.
  5. Click Set. Specify the library or folder, and then click OK.
  6. In the box on the left, click the form that you want to copy to the forms library shown in the box on the right. Click Copy . To copy an Outlook form to a Folder Forms Library or to an Organizational Forms Library, you must have appropriate permission.

Note   When you copy an Outlook form from your Personal Forms Library to a Folder Forms Library or to an Organizational Forms Library, you must change the name or a property of the form. Outlook only updates the forms in your Personal Forms Library if the form from the Folder Forms or Organizational Forms Library has different properties.
