Open a form

How you open a form often depends on where you saved it.

To open a form here Do this
In the Folder Forms Library Select the folder in which you saved the form and click the Actions menu. Select the form that you want, and click to open it.
In the Organizational Forms Library (Microsoft Exchange only) On the File menu, point to New, and then click Choose Form. (Click Organizational Forms Library in the Look In box, if necessary.)
In the Personal Forms Library On the File menu, point to New, and then click Choose Form. (Click Personal Forms Library in the Look In box, if necessary.)
Saved as an Outlook template (.oft) or a file On the File menu, point to New, and then click Choose Form. In the Look In box, select your templates folder or the folder where you saved the form, and then click Open.
Saved as a file On the File menu, point to New, and then click Choose Form. In the Look In box, click User Templates in File System, and then click Browse. Click the folder you want, and then click OK. Select the form you want to open, and then click Open.
In the Standard Forms Library In the File menu, select New and click Choose Form. (In the Choose Form dialog box, click Standard Forms Library in the Look In box if necessary.)
Saved as an HTML Web Services form (Microsoft Exchange only) On the Actions menu, click Web Form.

Note   If you receive a message when opening a form, contact the person who sent you the form.
