Automatically start a NetMeeting or Windows Media Services broadcast

This procedure requires either Microsoft NetMeeting version 2.1 or later, or Windows Media Services.

1. Create or open an online meeting request.
2. Select one of the following:
   • Automatically start NetMeeting with reminder
   • Automatically start Windows Media with reminder

   To change the amount of time before the meeting when you want the reminder to occur, enter a time in the Reminder box.
