Show or hide discussions

Do one or more of the following to show or hide discussion information.

Show or hide the Discussion pane

• On the Web Discussions toolbar, click Show/Hide Discussion Pane . 

Tip 

Drag the top border of the Discussion pane to make the pane larger or smaller.

Show or hide inline discussions

• For one inline discussion, above the discussion you want to show or hide, click Show discussion or Hide discussion .
• For all inline discussions, on the Web Discussions toolbar, click Expand all Discussions or Collapse all Discussions .

Show or hide closed discussions

1. On the Web Discussions toolbar, click Discussions, and then click Discussion Options.
2. Select or clear the Show closed discussions check box.

Show or hide header information in discussion comments

1. On the Web Discussions toolbar, click Discussions, and then click Discussion Options.
2. Under Discussion fields to display, select or clear the check boxes for the items you want to show or hide in the header of each discussion comment.
