About removing personal information from presentations

Before you give others a copy of your presentation, it's a good idea to view the personal information contained within your presentation to avoid unintentionally distributing the information to others.

You can remove the following personal information from your presentation:

• File properties ù Author, Manager, Company, Last saved by.
• Reviewer names associated with comments or changes ù names are changed to "Author."
• Routing slip ù the routing slip is removed.
• E-mail message header ù the e-mail message header that's generated with the E-mail (as Attachment) button is removed.
