Check Japanese grammar

If you are not using the Japanese version of Microsoft Office, then this feature is only available if you have installed the Microsoft Office XP Multilingual User Interface Pack or Microsoft Office XP Proofing Tools for Japanese. In addition, you must enable support for Japanese through Microsoft Office Language Settings.

1. On the Standard toolbar, click Spelling and Grammar .
2. In the Spelling and Grammar dialog box, select the option you want for each text string the grammar check stops on ù in other words, either accept or ignore the suggestion.
