Display speaker notes during a broadcast

This setting applies to all broadcasts from a particular computer, not just to the presentation you are preparing to broadcast. You should check this setting before broadcasting each time, to ensure that it reflects your preference for that broadcast session.

1. On the Slide Show menu, point to Online Broadcast, and then click Settings.
2. On the Presenter tab, select the Display speaker notes with the presentation check box.
3. Click OK to save the setting.

Note   This displays speaker notes for the audience during a broadcast. The presenter may view speaker notes at any time during a broadcast by right-clicking any slide, and then clicking Speaker Notes.
