Import the text of a presentation into Lotus Notes

1. In Microsoft PowerPoint, save a copy of the presentation you want to import in Outline/RTF format.

   How?

   1. On the File menu, click Save As.
   2. In the Save as type list, click Outline/RTF.
2. In Lotus Notes, open the document or form you want to import a presentation into.
3. In the document, click in a rich text field, and then, on the File menu, click Import.
4. In the list of import file types, do one of the following:
   • In Lotus Notes 4.x, click MicrosoftWord RTF.
   • In Lotus Notes 5.x, click Microsoft RTF.
5. In the list of files, double-click the presentation you want to import text from.

Note   Outline/RTF format doesn't pick up text within objects.
