You can align objects several ways with Microsoft PowerPoint:
With other objects, such as when you align the sides, middles, or top or bottom edges of objects.
In relation to the entire slide ù for example, at the top or left edge of a slide.
By using guides to align them visually.
By using the grid to align them with a corner of the grid as you draw or move the objects.
By distributing objects so they are equal distances from each other ù either vertically or horizontally, or in relation to the entire slide.
