Show or hide Japanese grammar errors

If you are not using the Japanese version of Microsoft Office, then this feature is only available if you have installed the Microsoft Office XP Multilingual User Interface Pack or Microsoft Office XP Proofing Tools for Japanese. In addition, you must enable support for Japanese through Microsoft Office Language Settings.

1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Spelling and Style tab.
2. Under Japanese Grammar, select or clear the Hide all grammatical errors check box.
