Click where you want to insert the second document.
On the Insert menu, click File.
In the File name box, enter the name of the file you want to
insert, or click Browse to locate the file.
Notes
To insert only part of a document, click Range, and then type a
bookmark
name in the Range box. The document that you insert needs a bookmark assigned to
part of it.
To insert only part of a Microsoft Excel worksheet, click Range, and then type a
cell range in the Range box.
