Add or change the name used in comments

Do one of the following:

Comments in documents

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the User Information tab.
  2. In the Name box, type the name you want to use in your own comments.

Notes

Comments in an e-mail message

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the General tab.
  2. Click E-mail Options, and then click the Personal Stationery tab.
  3. Do one of the following:

Note   Only text you typed next to the previously written text in a message will have your name next to it.
