Look up words in the thesaurus

1. Select or type a word you want to look up.
2. On the Tools menu, point to Language, and then click Thesaurus.

   If the Thesaurus command does not appear on the Language submenu, you may need to install the thesaurus.

3. Select the options you want.

   For Help on an option, click the question mark , and then click the option.

Note   The thesaurus provides a list of synonyms for the text you look up, and highlights the one that is closest to what you have typed. Any instances of seemingly inappropriate terms are coincidental.
