To change clip properties:

the Clip Properties dialog box appears when you are importing clips into the Clip Gallery, or you can bring it up for an individual clip:

1. Use the right mouse button (right-click) to select the clip or clips you want to edit the keywords for.
2. Click on Clip Properties.

To enter or change the description:

1. On the Description tab, type in words or phrases to describe the clip.

To select or remove categories this clip will appear in:

1. Click on Categories tab.
2. Select any categories you want the clip to appear in.
3. Click the New Categories button to add a new category name.

To enter or change keywords:

1. Click on Keywords tab.
2. To remove a keyword, highlight that keyword and click the Remove Keyword button.
3. To add a keyword, click the Add Keyword button, and then type in the keyword you want to add.
