If your system doesn't boot from the CD, you'll need to create a boot floppy to start the installer -- this can easily be done from within MS-Windows.

If your CD drive is set to "auto-run", the startup-screen shown in the graphic will begin automatically once the CD is inserted.

If auto-run isn't enabled, you can launch this window by selecting "autorun.exe" from the "dosutils" directory of the Installation CD.
