1. Introduction

DragAndScroll is a mouse utility to help you in scrolling documents with your mouse. 

Tired of those narrow scrollbars? Scroll with your mouse from anywhere in your window! No mouse-wheel or extra buttons needed - just use the mouse you already have and save $$$ on not-bying the IntelliMouse. 
Scroll by Drag feature -- drag from anywhere in the window and get an effect of dragging the scrollbar's thumb box. Scroll Like IE feature -- autoscroll (perform panning) the documents with hands-free scrolling (this feature produces a great looking continuous smooth scrolling which is especially helpful in reading long Web pages. And it works in both IE and Netscape Navigator!). Scroll Like SB feature -- perform usual scrollbar functions by clicking anywhere in the windows. 

In addition to these incredible scrolling features, DragAndScroll provides for displaying the Start Menu in the current cursor location.

DragAndScroll is a shareware product: registration fee is US $14.95.

2. System Requirements

	- 80386 or higher required;
	- mouse;
	- 500kb free disk space;
	- Microsoft Windows 95, Windows NT 4.0 or higher


3. Installation and deinstallation

To install DragAndScroll, change your current directory to the one contained the file Setup.exe, then run Setup.exe and follow the on-screen instructions.

To deinstall DragAndScroll, activate the Add/Remove Programs item from the Control Panel, then double click on DragAndScroll item in the list.


4. Licensing

DragAndScroll is Shareware, which means that you may evaluate it for a
period of ten (10) days from the date of its original installation and use.
After the evaluation period has elapsed you must register it.
The registration fee for DragAndScroll is US $14.95 (see the file License.txt for
complete license agreement, see the file Register.txt on how to register 
DragAndScroll).
