Media Runner - Recording Options If you wish to record wave files, simply access the Media Runner and click the "Rec" button. The standard Windows recorder application will appear which will allow you to record wave files for playback with the Media Runner and for use with the CD-ROM and RD Runners. To use the Windows Recorder, refer to your Windows users manual. Note that a microphone and compatible sound board are required to record voices. This is useful to record verbal instructions for a specific application and to associate the wave file recorded with that application in the CD-Runner CD-ROM or RD Library section. This will allow other users to hear the verbal instruction or help message before the application is run. As described in the Playing Media Files help section, it is useful and convenient to save and locate all media files into the same directory, and to designate it as the Default Media Directory. This will allow the Media Runner to retrieve the desired media files as soon as it is run.
