usage   : PASCREF inpfile [outfile] [/option[...] [...]]
defaults: inpfile type = .PAS
          outfile name = inpfile name
                  type = .CRF

options : s[+] or s-, where switch s is one of the following:

   switch  default  meaning
   ------  -------  ---------------------------------
     C        -     case sensitive identifier-parsing
     L        +     line reference numbers
     O        -     occurrence count
     P        +     page formattting
     R        -     include reserved words
     S        -     include standard identifiers

remarks : - No recognition of scope
          - No recognition of declaration vs. reference
          - With the /C option a ">" warns for an identifier
            matching the previous one in uppercase
