Folks:  This is the 1st release of the libMYSQL DLL.  It's
passed my own tests and is in use in my own projects.  Hopefully,
you'll have similar success in your own efforts.  I do have one
caveat:  I'm not sure if I defined all of the entry points to the API
in the DLL.  If anyone finds something missing from the DLL, let me
know and I'll re-gen a new release as soon as possible.

	You won't be able to use this .DLL w/ Visual Basic or Access
because I have another mySQL project underway w/ support expressly
intended to address those development environments.  Keep an eye on
the mySQL mail list later this month....
