For main help press F1 during the game.
For options press F2 during the game.

To chanche the screen resolution run the file 
screensettings.bat by a doubleclick.

Please note: If a number key has to be pressed
then always use the number keys on the main keyboard,
not on the NumPad on the right side of your keyboard!
