Dear Brad Allison: We at Wizards of the Coast, Inc. are aware of the
existence of your home page and of your "Age of Dreaming" "expansion" for
our Magic: The Gathering game. The materials on your homepage show the
creation of bogus Magic cards, the creation and distribution of an
unauthorized expansion set for the Magic: The Gathering game, and the
unauthorized reproduction, display and publication of various Magic card
material.
You should be aware that the U.S. Copyright laws give owners of copyrighted
works the sole and exclusive right to reproduce, display and distribute
their works, as well as the sole right to prepare derivative works. In
reviewing the materials you have published and your statements about those
materials, it is apparent that Wizards of the Coast, Inc.'s copyrights have
been infringed.
We are asking that you cease further publication of these materials. We
encourage you to contact a copyright attorney who can advise you on the
proper use of other's copyrighted works and the extent, if any, to which
you can make use of your materials in the future.

display your own trading cards is to avoid infringement by creating
material original to you, including the card layout, illustration,
symbols, border patterns, etc.
