Daley.exe in the \daley folder on the cd-rom.

You also require video for windows to run this
presentation. If you do not have this installed,
run setup.exe in the \vfw11e folder.

If you have a slow CD-ROM drive, for optimum
performance, copy the \daley folder to your
hard drive, and run from there.
