Remote Passphrase Authentication (RPA), a means of validating a user's identity on the World Wide Web, has been installed on your computer.  In order to be able to use RPA, one of the following browsers must be "RPA Enabled":

  - Netscape Navigator custom version 2.0.2 for CompuServe or v3.0, beta 4 or later
  - Microsoft Internet Explorer v2.0 or later

The following files have been installed in the system directory of your computer:

DA16.DLL - The dynamic link library that implements RPA (another term for RPA is "Distributed Authentication", aka DA).

RPA_EN16.HLP - The help screen for the RPA dialog.

RPATSE16.EXE - An editor application for deleting sites from a Trusted Site List that may be created by RPA.

RPATE16E.HLP - The help screen for the RPA Trusted Site List Editor.

RPAINFO.TXT - This file.

Additionally, if you have installed RPA for Internet Explorer, the following files have also been installed in the working directory for Internet Explorer:

IEXPLORE.EXE - A slightly modified copy of the Internet Explorer application that has RPA.  The original version has been copied to IEXPLOREorig.EXE.

SECDA16.DLL - Another dynamic link library that is required to enable RPA for Internet Explorer, version 2.0.
