| Service program | - assortment of services you select, containing usage charges and a monthly fees |
| Monthly charge | -the regularly billed amount for the servce program. In the event that the mobile phone is used for only a part of a month (activation during the course of a month or disconnection for holidays), a proportionate part of the monthly charge is billed. |
| Free minutes | -these are free minutes and they guarantee free national calls. For international calls, free minutes only apply to all outgoing calls since the beginning of the billing period. The number of free minutes within the EuroTel GSM global network do not apply to the operation of data and fax services. |
| National Rate | -the rate for outgoing calls made from a mobile phone in the EuroTel Praha network to any place in the Czech Republic, including connection fees to the fixed SPT TELECOM a.s. network. |
| International Rate | -this is the national rate plus an international surcharge. |
| Regional Rate | -the national rate for outgoing calls made for a selected region to the area prefix for this region (only with the region program)*. |
| External Rate | -the national
rate for outgoing made (only with the Region program): a) from another region to the prefix of a selected region b)from a selected region to an area prefix outside the selected region. |
| Rate hours | -calls are
billed depending on the time when you place them: peak: weekdays, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm off-peak: weekdays, 8:00 pm to 8:00 am, weekends and state holidays |
| Roaming | -this is a service that allows you to use your mobile phone and EuroTel Praha's services when travelling abroad. In all countries where the operation of mobile phones is ensuredby an operator and where EuroTel Praha has roaming agreements. The use of service in the networks of foreign operators is billed in accord with the prices of these operators. |

prices, excluded monthly charges, are in CZK per minute.
A call is billed for each 30 seconds staring from the
moment the call is connected. NEW - WEEKEND SERVICE For a monthly charge of 95,- CZK, you can call for 200 minutes at a cost of 1,-CZK/minute on Saturdays, Sundays and state holidays.The weekend service apllies only after you have used all of the free minutes contained in your service program. After you have used 200 minutes in one month, all calls made during weekends and state holidays (from Saturday 00:00 hrs till Sunday 24:00 hrs and 24 hours on state holidays) are billed as off-peak calls in accord with your service program. The EuroTel Business program already contains this service. In Service Program Region are Weekends calls charged 1,-CZK/min in Regional Rate and 3,-CZK/min in External Rate. |
