During international roaming, free minutes only apply to the incoming calls Basic Rate. The number of free minutes does not apply to the operation of data and fax services. Free minutes are not applied on Data and Fax transmission. ** "EuroTel to Voice Mail Rate" is applied on communication with both types of mail boxes ( Voice mail box, Fax mail box ). Roaming Roaming is a service which allows you to use your mobile telephone when travelling abroad, in the network of operators which have concluded international roaming agreements with EuroTel Praha. Calls made through roaming will be billed by EuroTel Praha according to the prices of the relevant operator. Billing "STANDARD" "Standard" is a basic system of billing calls in the EuroTel cellular network. In this system the customer does not pay for incoming calls.This is irrespective of whether the call is made from a land line phone or from another mobile phone. In the first case the calling party will pay the appropriate fees according to the price list of SPT TELECOM, a.s.. (Information on these prices is available directly at SPT TELECOM, a.s.). Outgoing calls from the mobile phone network are billed according to basic rates in the Service Program. In case of other outgoing calls to the uniform telephone network (UTN) and to the Paegas network in the Czech Republic and for international calls, SPT TELECOM, a.s. charges are added to the Basic Rate.

information Outgoing calls from UTN to the EuroTel Praha network are billed to the calling party.The calling party is charged 5 impulses for one minute.One impulse is 1,91 CZK + 5% VAT.Information on prices is available directly from SPT Telecom, a.s.. General information EuroTel Praha charges a single One-Month Access Fee Deposit according to the customer┤s chosen Service program. This deposit is charged upon conclusion of a service contract and is returned when the contract is terminated.EuroTel Praha, s.r.o. is authorized to charge an extraordinary security deposit ( according to article 7.1 of the General Conditions) only if the customer within 6 subsequent calendar days calls for a period equivalent to the amount higher than his monthly access fee, the deposit can then be charged up to a maximum of 5 times the amount called in the six-calendar-day period. EuroTel Praha can charge a deposit for international roaming. The deposit can be used for covering service costs if required and recent three invoices were paid within a due date. Payment
