Call Holding
This service enables you to "hold" a call from a person you are not talking to, but you do not want to disconnect the call and as you want to resume the conversation.

Call Diverting
Use this service if you want the incoming call to your mobile phone to be diverted to a different phone number. This may be a EuroTel mobile phone number or a normal phone number anywhere within the Czech Republic.
You may divert the call to any phone number in the Czech Republic (for example your secretary, your residence, etc.)


Immediate diverting - All incoming calls are immediately and unconditionally diverted to a selected number. Your mobile phone wonÆt even ring.
Conditional diverting - Diverting if the phone is busy (you are talking); diverting if the call is not accepted (if you donÆt accept the call within 30 seconds); diverting if the phone is unavailable (incoming calls are diverted if the phone is off or if you are out of reach of the signal.)
Conference Call
As the name of the service implies, EuroTel enables you to arrange a real "conference" using your mobile phone. You may connect up to 5 additional participants to a discussion both from the EuroTel network and the normal phone network just by pressing a key on the phone. Everyone may talk as if sitting at one table. The conference call provides the possibility to agree quickly on matters which would consume incomparably more time during a normal "one-to-one" phone call.
Incoming Call Signalling
You may continuously switch on the incoming call signalling. This will help you especially if you expect several important phone calls at the same time and you donÆt want to miss any of them. During your phone call you will be û thanks to the incoming call signalling service û informed about the other incoming calls by a low ringing. At that moment you may select from the following possibilities:
you do not react to the new call
you end the first call and connect with the other caller
you switch to the new call but you hold the original one (see Call Holding)
you connect the callers together in a Conference call
