             charts; a COM Automation server and an OLE
             client/server; numerical functions (equations,
             optimization, integration); importing and
             exporting text, dBaseIII-IV, FoxPro, Clipper,
             Excel 97-2000 and Access 2000 files (*).

Limitations in the
unregistered version:
             You can not use the import/export functions and
             you may print only the first page of a document.

 "GS-Calc 6.0 UNREGISTERED VERSION" LICENSE AGREEMENT
  FOR USE AND DISTRIBUTION

THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT
BETWEEN YOU (AN INDIVIDUAL OR A SINGLE ENTITY) AND
JPS DEVELOPMENT FOR THE JPS DEVELOPMENT SOFTWARE
PRODUCT ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" OR "SOFTWARE") IDENTIFIED
ABOVE. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT INCLUDES COMPUTER
SOFTWARE, ANY ASSOCIATED PRINTED MATERIALS AND ANY
"ONLINE" OR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTATION. BY INSTALLING,
COPYING OR USING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, YOU AGREE
TO BE BOUND BY TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

THE SOFTWARE IS OWNED BY JPS DEVELOPMENT AND IS
PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT LAWS AND INTERNATIONAL
TREATIES, AS WELL AS OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
LAWS AND TREATIES. THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED, NOT SOLD.

DEFINITION

  The term "UNREGISTERED VERSION" or "EVALUATION VERSION"
  used here shall mean a copy of the SOFTWARE you obtained
  for evaluation purposes. The UNREGISTERED VERSION
  is described as "GS-Calc 6.0 Unregistered Version"
  in its "About" dialog box and has some functional
  limitations as explained above in this file.

TRIAL USE LICENSE

  This License Agreement grants you the right to use
  the UNREGISTERED VERSION for evaluation purposes
  for a period not longer than 30 days. The UNREGISTERED
  VERSION is in use on a computer when it is loaded into
  temporary memory (e.i. RAM) of that computer. After 30
  days from the date when you use the UNREGISTERED VERSION
  for the first time, you must either purchase
  (register) a license for the SOFTWARE or stop using
  the UNREGISTERED VERSION and permanently remove
  it from your computer.

COPYRIGHT AND OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS

  You must treat the UNREGISTERED VERSION like any other
  copyrighted material. You may not reverse engineer,
  decompile, modify, disassemble or make copies
  of the UNREGISTERED VERSION except as provided elsewhere
  in this agreement. All rights not expressly granted in
  this agreement are reserved to JPS Development.

LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

  You may make copies of the UNREGISTERED VERSION and give
  it to others, or distribute it in any possible way
  (including web sites/services, CDs, DVDs) as long as you:

  - distribute either (1) the original EVALUATION VERSION
    archive available as the gscalc60.zip or gscalc60.exe
    file directly from JPS Development
    (http://www.jps-development.com) or (2) all unmodified
    files originally included in that gscalc60.zip archive;

  - place the UNREGISTERED VERSION in a separate (with no
    other files) directory when distributing the UNREGISTERED
    VERSION on CD-ROMs or DVDs;

  - do not distribute the UNREGISTERED VERSION as a single
    file containing any other software products without
    written permission from JPS Development.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

  The SOFTWARE is provided "as is", without warranty
  of any kind. JPS DEVELOPMENT DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED
  WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
  MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW,
  IN NO EVENT SHALL JPS DEVELOPMENT OR ANYONE ELSE
  INVOLVED IN THE PRODUCTION OR DELIVERY OF THE
  SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
  INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
  (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS
  OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS
  OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS)
  ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE
  SOFTWARE, EVEN IF JPS DEVELOPMENT HAS BEEN ADVISED
  OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Poland.
